    when overboarding with wbp ply always place a 2p coin between boards and yes min 10mm around the perimeter of the room... once you get your floor lifted...then you can look into what needs done until then its all guess work...

    Help needed with bathrom ledge repair job!

    Build a small bulkhead at this area and then use PVC to cover it then seal with a good quality silicone... use dry wall screws and cover caps to secure the PVC to your treated timber frame to form bulkhead...

    If been fixed properly the elect ufh should be incased in a latex self levelling compound....so if your lifting tiles be very careful and you shouldn't damage it....but on the other hand in may not be in cased in slc...so you may have to bite the bullit and replace it all.. Best to get a tile...
