    Its totally seperate. The water is heated by seperate layers of plates. One full of central heating water and one full of clean tap water this is replicated a few times over and the plates sandwiched together to transfer the heat.

    Looking at you bottom link it looks like minimum is 1050mm. Cant you just physically measure it and see if it fits in? You may have to just screw and fit 1 profile to the wall then silicone the second one it will be the only way to fit it in

    Comes in like a toothpaste tube. Plumbcentre sell it. Think the brand i use is polypipe.

    Never had a problem with the smaller stuff, but sometimes on 4inch pipe i use gap filling solvent cement when the fit is a little slack.

    Did they use x800 to clean the system? If any amount of this stuff is left in a system then it is known to kill pumps

    Hold the shower head as low as possible when you turn your shower on, if it works then you dont have enough head of pressure to activate your shower.

    Its probably just moulded to the shape of the hex nut. To get your new donut to compress more so the cistern sits down on the pan just push down on the cistern as you tighten.
