Sounds like a leaking heat exchanger and you need to get baxi out. Where does the white plastic pipe discharge ? Can you see if it's dripping at all when the boiler is turned off and cold?

Sounds like a good start. I'd hold off with the control box though fit that after the photocell. What happens when you shine a torch in the photocell

There'll be an issue with your combustion. minimum has probably drifted out, or possibly a part has started to tear. A good service should sort this out. I'd probably avoid British gas at the Moment, they're having issues with engineers at the moment.

What state is your blast tube in? Clean it up so it's like new, drill a hole through the fins in line with the photocell also if you want to, nothing huge, 2.5mm is adequate

Second that. If it fires for 5secs it's photocell. Is the blast tube dirty? What version control box have you got? It'll have numbers on it

Definitely got a good flow of oil? Is it producing a spark?
