hi Have artex ceiling and having another put up over it as showing joins etc. Anyway, in the middle is a rose. Looking to install 6 to 8 led down lights. Could the lights be run off the rose wires? Can suitable cable be run from here and thus between the ceiling and the new ceiling? Thanks Nick
