If a shower is put into a utility room, which has existing socket outlets for the washer and dryer, and the shower falls within the 3m exclsuion zone for sockets, is it right to say that no electrical work can be carried out in the room until current regs, ie no sockets within 3m of shower...

What about earth cable and gas pipe going straight into top of outside WP enclosure, wouldnt it be better if they went into bottom keeping the top waterproof? Is there a regulation on this?

yeah and it also goes into top of the outside WP box to connect to it, shouldnt it go in underneath to keep IP rating?

today i seen a 10mm Earth tie-wrapped to main gas pipe, is this aloud? i thought all electric cables had to be min 25mm away from gas pipes?

Ok. Caravan spikes, to supply 4 caravans, do they have 16A or 13A sockets? SWA buried at 500mm supplying spike, does it require RCD? Does the spike have its own earth rod, and the supply from the spike to the caravans use this earth? Any suggestions is appreciated
