Thanks what I’m trying to say is I got the dvr with a fault HDd at the moment is clear nothing on it but have been told when it gets full it doesn’t re write All relevant boxes are ticked to re write but for some reason it won’t re write When I also go on device S.M.A.R.T It does say status good

There are no recordings on it / it has been wiped so I’m thinking once it’s full it’s formatted (if that’s the way you would wipe it ) and if it is write protected how would you remove this ??

Don’t think so I had a galaxy 2-20 if I remember the keypad would sound but then the last two beeps would also come from the internal speaker

If battery is flat remove fuse the bell will probably ring for 15mins then cut off,if battery in bell is flat then nothing should sound .

No don’t think so updated my phone and app updated few weeks ago cam1 cam2 etc changed to numbers ?? Also when I logged in it always had an option for advanced setting but after update is had iCloud now when I click on that it says my sub as expired and need to pay ?? Had this for years so think...

So if you are leaving u enter code or fob and leave by front door and the alarm sets ? I’m thinking if u are trying to set at night it is waiting for you to leave by the front door (and you are not ) So instead of setting the front door as (think it’s final set ) can you set it as timed ??

Do you have areas A-B etc ?? If you do area A full alarm set Area B would be for night set for example but you would need to set each zone what u want it to do On my alarm system on night set Front door changes to instant alarm from timed and some pirs are omitted

Prob setting may need to open and then close front door to set the alarm and also may not be able to use fob in night set to turn off alarm (check settings) Sorry didn’t read properly

You need to use master code to clear alert and as for bell is it wired correctly

No don’t cut any wires like said take out mains fuse and battery from internal panel but if the bell box has an internal battery it should sound for 20mins then cut off /go flat When you pull fuse panel may sound to tell you power fail and also when you open panel it will cause a tamper which...

Depends my battery in bell box isn’t connected so mine doesn’t How long system been in it could be the battery is dead and needs replacing

Replace system a lot of people seem to have problems with Yale (maybe why a lot on eBay ) get a more reliable system 2yrs isn’t long
