Hello all again. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have only just been able to fix the leak by replacing the part 362 (see page 1 of this thread). Thank you all, for helping me sort the leak. (y) But unfortunately, there is a drip coming out the other side, where part 363 is, now...

Am I able to get hold of the washers on the spindle (part 362), please? I know I can get the whols spindle unit but I don't need it all (I think).

    Please identify....

BRILLIANT! Thank you so much. Yes, the drip was going down the back of the pipe from the nut above (out of picture). I gave it a clean and a little more of a tighten and so far, it appears to have stopped dripping. Just back to my normal leak enquiry on here...

Ariston Euro Combi A23 MFFI - Diverter Valve.

Hello again. I have a little time to devote myself to this problem. Unfortunately the plastic piece that holds the microswitch was clipped onto the diverter, by a square washer. It has rusted away. I have a new one on order for the end of the week. So I unscrewed the nut that holds the spindle...

Thanks Ian. I presume, when you say tailpiece, your are talking about the plastic mount/bracket (grey) holding the micro-switch? If so, please can you tell me how it is fixed to the golden metal diverter valve unit? Thanks, ;)

Hello and thank you for your input so far. It is appreciated! I have attached some images, to help you help me please? It clearly shows the leak coming from where the micro-switch base connects to the diverter valve. Any suggestions and instructions please? ;)

Hello. When servicing the diverter valve, because it is leaking out where the pin sticks out to activate the micro-switch, does the water have to be turned off and the CH system totally drained please? Many thanks, ;)

Fixing kitchen cupboards to plasterboard walls.

Thanks Mike. I will take up your excellent suggestion. I have decided to install a double socket, so I have taken a couple of pictures to show how the wall is made up. Again, as far as I can see, it is made of of 3 sheets of plasterboard stuck together. The back box I will be using has an...

Fixing kitchen cupboards to plasterboard walls.

Thanks Foxhole. If you don't mind I won't do that but I will attempt to take a photo of where the double socket is to show the inner contents. And no, my dimensions are not wrong. Thanks to all. ;)

Thanks for all who have commented and my apologies for being so vague. It's a 1980's 2 bed terrrace. The wall separate's the kitchen with the living room/diner. The wall appears to be approximately just over 2 inches thick.
