the rooms don't need heat mate... they are not really rooms... just changing cubiles - think swimming pool type changing cubicle with a sunbed in it. Are there firms that do (supply/fit) ventalation stuff like this? thanks for all the replys even the carpet munching ones!!!

yeah, sounds worth a shot to despense with the heat into the roof space. is there anyway to duct outside air into the cubicles/small rooms? (bare in mind the rooms are internal and not on an outside wall) I don't know if this is possible, but I could run duct from an external wall...

salon ground floor only (like a bugalow) roof space is empty but floor boarded and has one window in the roof space that has n glass... it's sort of a metal decrotive(ish) panel with some apetures.

That is in a way how it is now. The cubicles go straight to the ceiling so hot air can get into the roof space, while the rest of the same area outside the cubicle is a lowered ceiling. But it's not good enough really.
