Im going to be fitting new for old. the only thing is the existing system has gravity primary's. I am going to fit 2 zone valve's but i am looking for advice on where to fit the pump as i know it can cause problems.
This boiler keeps losing pressure. on inspection i noticed the blow off is dripping constantly. At first i tried to check the expansion vessel, the valve would not let air in or out though. Need some help with what needs done guys
I was looking for a boiler to replace and old one. The system will still have a hw cylinder. In a brochure i have there are system boilers and heating only boilers, whats the difference
I recently had this problem, the drain valve on the cylinder was broken. I disconnected the top connection and siphoned out as much as i could then lifted out the cylinder. Is this the easiest way or are there other methods
If you know where the pump is the zone valves are usually near it. If you dont know where the pump is try to listen for it, it could be under the floor but can usually be heard and there should be an access hatch for it
I work for a company who fit and recommend Worcester. I usually fit the Greenstar CDi models. Just wondering what everyone else fits or rates the best. I personally find worcester make it very easy for the installer and manufacture very intelligent boilers
