So just purchased new ceiling light, and found out I have 3x 3 core wires 2 live, neutral, earth wires, and 1 which has 2 lives and 1 earth, how the hell do I wire this into new ceiling light that has just 3 wires going into it?

If it was a matter of unscrewing the top of cylinder connection and replacing with flange I would do it, but cutting and soldering, is beyond my skill and I don't have the tools, may just live with it till I get a combi, or new boiler.

Is this something I could do, or does it require cutting the copper, and soldering ect.

just ran shower and checked and water does fill back up in large tank abeit slowly, left running a few mins and stayed around the same level.

How long does that take to improve the clay soil?, And would I need topsoil as well before layingnturf.?.

I've read that gypsum can break down clay soil, so I might get some and see if that make the soil more manageable, I also have 2 tons of stones could I not dig out say 1 foot of soil put the stones in the soil over top, would help with drainage and get rid of stones.
