It was the light plugged into the socket not the alarm!

I am wanting to put a fused spur from a double socket, this is to run an alarm system, the part p all sounds confusing anybody help please, also if i want to put up an outside light 500watt with sensor, can i put into a plug then place in socket that way would this get me around part p???

I am planning on fitting 12v spots in bathroom the bathroom is small and 4 downs will be enough, i have seen some that can be run from 1 transformer (150watt)- the bulbs are not covered with a cover and ceiling is 2400mm from floor are these ok transformer in loft?
