    Crack in Showerhead

Not really sure if this is in the right place!!! I have a plastic showerhead that has been dropped and has a crack in it where water spouts out. I was wondering whether slathering super glue over the crack would prevent any further leaking? has anyone had this experience before??

    Do I Need PLanning?

Please don't shout at me! i am finding it hard to decide whether the attached extension will be Permitted Development or not. I have read in a booklet that it will as the rear elevation of the extension is wider than half the original width. A planning consultant told me it would be P.D. but if...

    Planing Application Advice

we have tried to help, and as FMT says, that'll be £550 + planning fee and all you worries will be gone! We cannot help you on here to correctly draw the rear elevation of an extension that (probably) none of us would have designed! You may have spoken to someone at the LPA, but once you...

    Planing Application Advice

you rear elevation looks incorrect. the existing roof will not be able to continue to the eaves of the first floor extension. The height of the new ridge will depend on the rear elevation, so the height that you have showen it on the side elevation may be wrong. What do you plan on...

Upper floor flat - Loft conversion

I'm not charging them extra, i just meant that they would need to install it (surely - the planners willl check?) so there would be the additional cost and upheaval of doing it?

Upper floor flat - Loft conversion

Sound attenuation. I have designed a loft conversion in a mid terraced first floor flat. One of the panning conditions was for a sound attenuation scheme. I submitted amended plans showing drylining on the party walls. The Public Health Officer has said that the condition cannot be discharged...
