Im not really fussy on what the finish is, i do like the krend smooth finish but it isnt essential. I really want whatever is going to be the most cost effective without having to paint the finish. . . ?

Hi, I'm wondering what my options are for render. it is for a new build in Scotland and I was wanting a render that needs no maintenance, I.e. painting it. is krend my only option? the render is going onto dense concrete block, the under build also. cheers danny

Thank you very much, so ill just empty the car diesel fuel from the tank, get as much sediment out, fill up with heating oil and just make sure i have a filter to make sure no sediments etc get through? It will be a brand new combi oil boiler and dont want to damage it!

Thank you. Should i drain the tank of whats left of the diesel currently and wash it out with water? or just drain it and top up with heating oil?

Hi, I have a titan 1200l bunded storage tank that has been used as a diesel tank for its life. What will i need to do to make it okay to use for oil for an oil heating system? Will it be okay as diesel is essentially oil? Or do i need to give it a good clean? Cheers, Danny

I think with oil internal boilers you can smell the oil in the house. Plus we are past that stage, all the pipework is pretty much out of the wall to where the boiler will be.

Also, all the 450mm inspection chambers seem to have about 5 inlets, i only need maximum of 2 inlets on all my, which seems to be better suited to 320mm inspection chambers. Or have i got this wrong?

What size would you recommend? 15mm to manifold and hot water cylinder and 10mm to radiators from there?

Yes we have considered that. If it gets that unbearable then we will just use the immerser or open the windows. There is only me and my girlfriend so its not as if the water will need to be on that long each day.
