Unscrew what exactly? the little knob just keeps going round lol, wont unscrew :(

Can anyone tell me how to go about fixing the shower on this pls? When we pull the shower switch, water trickles out of the shower head, but still pours out of the tap. Any help would be really appreciated. Thankyou
