    If it were me, I would ring some decent trade product manufactures like Sika or Permagaurd. They all have technical helplines with people in their technical departments happy to speak to customers.

    Traditionally this would have been done with mesh and then plastered but it could be done with bendy plasterboard but it probably still need to be skimmed, otherwise it would look like Kryten's head. Have a look on YouTube.

    What will his hours be? Does his time include him traveling for any materials required? Can he start at 11 or disappear at 3 some days so he can see other clients for quotes? Do you expect him to work flat out on your job from start to finish? We could go on ..... All of this often perfectly...
