I got someone to service it this week and they shut off the heating water flow to the boiler by turning that valve. Should they have touched it? That's why it's leaking, Can you service the boiler without touching that valve? If i put silicon on the nut will that help seal the leak?

Hi, I have one of these boilers and it's working ok. I am after a heating flow service cock as my one is leaking. Does anyone have a used one as I am not sure these can be bought from new. Regards Kyri
