Make sure the commissioning link is in commissioning mode (far right of Panel PCB). If not maybe power the panel down and start again.

Are you plugged onto the engineer keypad port not a Com port? Are you getting any menu at all on the keypad?

I never got it to work unfortunately! The camera was a HiWatch brand but it seems the Hikvision branded ones do work with this command from what i’ve been told.

The PW-W is a QD you just remove the pulse count link to make it a QD or fit it to make it a PW. (Newer ones have a sticker on the back stating this)

Is this the cause of your tamper fault I wonder? To disconnect properly you need to identify the cable for this keypad in the main control panel and unwire it, hopefully the cables are marked up but if not you’ll have to guess which keypad is which and disconnect the correct one.

Yeah sounds like the Tamper fault is on one of the circuits not the lid then. Most likely a damaged cable somewhere but it could be as simple as a dislodged cover on a sensor or keypad. Worth having a check around first.

Tamper enginner Reset may have been enabled but you won’t know until you cause a Tamper. I would suspect it’s not been enabled. Powering down will not erase the memory.

You programmed the tags in engineer mode, makes them duress. You need to program them in master manger menu.
