SE should specify the bearing length as it will have dictated the size of padstone required

9x2 joists at 450 centres are reasonable for a span that size and under normal loading wouldn't deflect that much. Are there any noggins installed between joists?

The second link with the flat rectangular frame cramps will be fine - fix them to the wall with screws and plugs at every 2 courses of blockwork.
