    OK, they have just sent me the new hotplate. The new hotplate marked 1,2,4 and 3 (why not 1,2,3 and 4?) but I cannot see the numbers for the old hotplate at the moment. Please tell me in what order to wire it up.

    Sorry Iggifer. I made a mistake.....actually, I have not got the new hotplate yet, I have ordered it a few days ago from Ebay and they did not show the bottom of the hotplate in their webpage. I will send the picture of the bottom of the new hotplate when I receive it.

    I have got a new hotplate to replace the old hotplate in my electric cooker but don't know what the order of the wire should be. Can you help? (How can I send you a photograph for that)
