Does anyone know which electricity supplier in Bedfordshire (Mid) area provides which economy packages? I don't live there yet, but am trying to make plans for when I do.

Because it's cheap (ish) and easy to use (mostly) and it's what I am used to. But, the question was why the gas main had not been supplied, when electricity, water and sewage had (not in all cases). Is it just the cost to the supplier?
