Many thanks everyone. All sorted now. Now to try and work out how to align the door. Will try searching for some videos on how to adjust this. Any suggestions on guidance videos?

Thanks Ronnie, Still can't get it to lock with the door open. It looks like the bolt doesn't come out as far as I would normally expect it to do when in the fully locked position. Grateful for help with DIY alignment..
