Dear all
Grateful for some help with the following.
The eurocyclinder would not lock with the key spinning round repeatedly and thus when this was replaced to no effect, I have changed both the cylinder and the door gearbox. I've since discovered that the bottom hook mechanic appears to stick in a semi open position meaning that the door does not close properly. I have removed this for now and will try and source a replacement
However, despite this, although the door locks(thumb turn) from the inside, it does not turn fully. From the outside, I am able to unlock the door and remove the key but am not able to lock the door with the key being unable to fully turn into the lock position to the point that I can remove the key.
Is this likely to be an alignment issue? Appreciate any thoughts on how to resolve this.
Many thanks
David
