Thx. I contacted Aqualisa and the grab ring is not meant to come off, so I resorted to cutting the grab ring off and fitting a new Outlet Assembly.

Happy New Year :D Any ideas on what tool I can use to remove the outlet assembly for an Aquavalve 609 from the outlet pipe (15mm copper)? The outlet assembly is a push fit onto the outlet pipe but the pushfit removal tool I have (Speedfit) doesn't fit!
