Ive never got on with using a jigsaw against a fence, starts off okay, but the blade seems to wander after a while. Seemed to do it on all jigsaws i have used.

They are the lower budget models from both makers, much of a muchness really. Neither a bad drill though. Id check the battery specs, make the choice based upon that.

Have you tried approaching a local firm that build/clads industrial/commercial buildings? See if they have some surplus sheets or panel offcuts. Thrown loads of offcuts of similar stuff away in the past.

Get a steel one made, dig hole drop in, fill surrounding with concrete, job done. Pretty much anyway.

How about a french cleats. Nice and simple, and no tools required to remove them, simply lift off.

Rotabroach make a set with 5/6 sizes, think about 8 -20mm in a little case. do a google for 'rotabroach mini cutters' Make sure you are sat down when you look at the price mind!

Not really, would destroy the thread and shape of the screw. What size screw is it, if its only small ones, electrical crimpers can shear them.

If its big, but weighs nothing, they wont be very interested in collecting.

They are nozzle cleaners, for oxy fuel welding/cutting. Just about every welding supplier sell them, a couple of quid a set. Ebay is good for stuff like that, probably easier than going into a welding suplies shop :lol:
