    Relatively easy. You already know how to turn the water off. If you post a photo of isolation valve I’m sure we can guide you. Probably a compression type, so may even be a case of straight swapping.

    I don't see any reason why not. As long as it has 230v or 24v connections (vast majority, if not all do) then it'll be fine.

    With demand calling, From the programmer to the room stat to the brown of the motorised valve should be 230/240vac between live and earth (so you’re testing correctly). This voltage should remain the same until demand has stopped.

    Couple of options: use a small slotted screwdriver and hammer on the rusty parts, or gently pull and wiggle the cistern off. If there’s any silicone sealant on it, that could be holding it on too.

    Are all wires/connections tight? If it doesn’t move with the head fitted, then I’d say it’s likely the valve giving too much resistance.

    S7 is pump overrun which a factory setting of 5 minutes is usual. F75 can be a few things, but as above the boiler needs to see the increase from the pump

    Ok. It's suggested the wiring or control if the thermistor has been replaced. I would try another engineer or perhaps Vokèra on a fixed price repair - depends what they're charging and the issue.
