    Choice of floorboards

I have no idea of the moisture content, but you could leave the boards in the room for a few days to acclimate them. Not sure how good that would be though.

No, the base is level. But the outer cladding is wider than the base so the water doesn't touch the base at all.

Mines above floor radiators. Each connected to a manifold. I use so off mini R2 flashed with Tasmota. On some I use zwave fibaro relays but they are two expensive in my opinion.

Replacing fluorescent light with LED Batten light and adding 2 additional leds

Is this a pure lighting circuit? The cable seems to be 2.5mm, although difficult to tell from the pic. It's it's just lighting you could replace with 1.5mm or even 1mm depending on the expected load.

    Choice of floorboards

You can use what ever board width you like. Try to keep the thickness the same so it's level at the doorway to the next room. Depending on width two or three screws per board joist is fine. Are there Sonoff users here?

Nope, it's smart. It's runs all by itself, no interaction from me. With a few microwave presence sensors even lowers the temperature when nobody is in a room. I've also added window sensors and if a window opens it shuts off the heating.

I'm going with 12 x 6. I think I'll end up spending more, but I'm going to over engineer everything I'm planning on adding power and ethernet to have a camera and WiFi for a couple of smart switches and sensors.

    Trackers

Android tiles seem quite good. They don't beep and give their location away. I think there's a setting to prevent that.

    My DIY Shed

I decided to build my own shed. I've not built one before, but when I looked at the prices of kit sheds, it seems you don't get much for your money. So, I am trying to build something that's descent quality and as secure as I can make it. I'm make some videos of each stage. It's not finished...
