Perhaps this helps? We have only really in the last few days started running the heating for a few hours in the morning and evening, for all of September we had no heating and everything was just hot water.

It might be nothing, but when a cold tap is turned on after running hot water, I normally have to run it for a longer amount of time than I remember doing, to get it to be cold. A few seconds maybe.

Measuring the KWH using the Bright App and the British Gas App. Unable to divide between the two, other than the knowledge of when we have had the heating on (only in the last few days for a few hours a day) and when we haven't.

Another further update - the right hand side pipe is now hot

Have had the hot water running for 30 mins now and it's warmer coming out the tap (not as hot as it normally is but getting there), the bottom two pipes are still hot and the pipe out the top feels hot when running the hot water tap.
