Hi guys, this is just driving me crazy now :( I cut the connector off the earth and tried wrapping them around the thread but 1 of them isnt long enough even though i cut it right at the edge of the connector. So i was looking at the connector and came up with the idea of flatening the edge...

Can anyone help me please? I really need to get this sorted, my washing is starting to look like a mountain :(

Hi there, i've got the heater back on the bracket but now i cant get the heater back in, the rubber bit on the heater wont get through the hole, seems like i might have to hammer it in ?

Thanks for replying again :) Managed to clean the sump out and wow there was 3 socks in it, other bits of material and fluff :shock: and a £1 coin in the filter. so i pulled the heater out because it was wobbly and this thing was underneath it, obversly the heaters meant to sit on it...

Hi, there is no switch of any kind, not sure where the wire connects, the council left me with a hole about as big as a cup where the wire was coming out the wall, so i had to fill it, heres pics of all the connections to the heater The wire The side of the water heater Underneath
