    NPOWER Boiler Service

it dosent, its a form from npower called a CP6, and all it says is 'FAIL' against Flue Terminal and further down it says 'FAIL' against Bonds. If anything is truely so unsafe, is it correct that it must be recorded on a CP12?

    NPOWER Boiler Service

thanks for the replys so far. the buyers are strata (the builders) using their own solicitor for part ex on our house. they did not leave paper work but explained why, the bonding is in wrong place, and the flue is at face level when going down the external cellar steps. which as a result gives...

    NPOWER Boiler Service

Hi, im a little bit concerned. We are in the process of selling the house, and the solicitors have asked for a copy of the certificate from last time the boiler was serviced as part of our 'home-care'. Not a problem, I have it. But on the certificate/report, the Terminal and Flue has been marked...

    Shower Control

In the shower control, it is getting more so that i have to turn the tap off tighter to stop the water flow, and was just wondering how to get at the washer, in the tap shown. Bit scared of water, so would it be wise to get a plumber, or is it easy enough? I once did a kitchen sink tap. Similar?

    Boiler for water only

I have tried searching the forum for answers but nothing certain. I have multi-fuel stoves in the house now, which has sort of rendered the central heating redundant. Is it possible to replace the current combi for one that just does hot water in the same fashion as now, eg, turn hot tap on and...

    Stove Fitting

all was passed off by the hetas engineer before he even fitted it. the stove is specially made for tight clearances. http://www.stovax.com/stoves/traditionalstoves/wood__multi-fuel_stoves/stockton_stoves/stockton_3_stove.aspx the opening is wider than the minimum this stove can fit into. and...

    Shower Wall Supply Elbow

I was going to change the said part in the title, for my shower as it is looking a tad tired. As I understand it, it should just un screw ready for fitting a new one. When I try to unscrew it, it just turns and turns, with the thread pipe into it. Why would this be, could it be into push fit...
