hi peter after about 1/4 mile yes it runs great like it should its the dw8 engine 1900 diesel got rid of the egr valve so thats not the problem. :?:

hi guys thanks for that iv put in new glow plugs its just i left van for 2 days then started it and it was like that, iv checked fuel pipes changed 1 pipe but can't see air in the clear pipes.

hi iv got ldv pilot you start in in the morning it runs like its on 3 cylinders and knocking up top and lots of white/ blue smoke but if you drive 1/4 mile smoke stops it just runs better, can anybody tell me whats wrone with it please. :(

hi i got a worcester combi boiler and the diverter valve is playing up , i was wondering can you change it to a HONEYWELL diverter valve, any advice please.

thanks john im just pulling my hair out here. i did notice the fuel pipes comeing out the fuel tank to be wet so il try changeing thos tomorrow.

not done that mate it still starts and runs but if you rev it miss's and smoking

hi john no temp gauge is normal not loseing water in the oil, so would the head gasket make it miss and smoke.

hi iv disconected the egr system, as for cold starting its a good starter, what happened i had some blocks in the back of the van going up a hill temp gauge was high then it started smokeing and low on power got home temp was ok but blew the water bottle got that fixed and missing and smokeing...

hi its none turbo, when you start up and rev it it sound rough and its missing and lots smoke.
