I have the same problem - my bath tap also moves but I cant get round the bath to tighten it any more than i already have. Any advice please?

I was a bit wary of over tightening it as its plastic so have tightened it by hand as much as I can. Will it be ok to get the adjustable spanner on it?

Hi all, I have a leak from the joint where the overflow meets the cistern (if that makes sense!) It was all fine until in my infinate wisdom I decided to use the toilet as a sturdy surface on which to put some wood to use the jigsaw on!! I presume the vibrations have knocked it out of kilter...

thanks for the reply, i am a first time home owner so havnt really come across these types of problems before. can anyone tell me if i should pva the walls and ceiling next or should i use a primer? ive heard conflicting advice on this one, so am at a loss as to what to do next. thanks again!
