    Thanks for the replies guys I think a leak certainly could be the answer as I have seem to be loosing pressure on the dial. Pressumably the best way to look for the said leak is when the unit is cold as mentioned? I take it it could be a very small drip as I havent noticed any obvious water...

    Right woke up to no sockets trip was down, put it back on tripped out doh! Straight away thought the only load on in the early hours was the combi. Sime 80e friendly (huh!) format bout 5 years old. Weird deffo the boiler checked the spur fuse etc. Looked at the timer clock which stopped when...

    strangely brown

    Sime friendly format. Sometimes I get a brown splash of water seemingly from the right hand side of my combi. Not alot more like a spitting really but I have never seen it happening whats this all abot then? The boiler is working great apart from this intemittent problem. Thanks Dave :)

    sorry I thought I put that info internal walls some towards the corners some on flat walls they reappear within 12 months or more. I am pretty sure all is well as I had a survey fairly recently and we are a mid terrace. he one crack is in the front room but is on a n internal wall between me...

    Ok first post so I will probl forget deails. Building a workshop with a mate that will be attatched to the back of his garage. Workshop will be big (ish) 24ftx 14 ft approx goona be out of wood and will have strength from the brick garage. Now we are going to do a felt roof with a pitch away...
