If you are losing the pressure in 3/4 days then you have a leak. Check the blow off pipe which goes outside to see if it drips (especially when htg is hot) also check rad valves when cold (especially under plastic tops) if no joy then get a torch & crawl under floorboards to find it

12l per min cold is pretty poor is there any valves that are partially closed or is all the street the same?

If it is dripping when c/htg is on check pressure as it may be on 3 bar due to lack of air in expansion vessel

Is there any air in blr? There is a bleed nipple inside comb box but don't go in there as the rope seal is asbestos & they cover is tricky to fit back call some-one in

Very common problem on these is the pilot injector as there are 2 minute holes which are difficult to clean & are easily blocked so ign pcb never realises that pilot is actually lit

When taps are turned off you will have the full dynamic pressure from the mains but a pressure reducing valve may help

Does the flue go into your garden or a neighbours as pluming may be an issue. Why not call someone in to give you some quotes as blr may need to be moved

As a temporary fix (if updating next year) have you got an immersion back up that you could use?

Jaguars use a differential valve which is the same as vokera maxins so a maxin service kit is what you will need

Yes boilermates on 3 star are covered but not on blr & controls

After pilot lights does it carry on sparking? If so there is a kit to change electrode & pilot assy or could be a duff pcb

Probably thermister, when you changed plate heat ex was there any black deposits on the 2 c/htg connections?

Could be flux residue to be on safe side add some sentinel x300 run until hot then drain all water, fill up & run till hot again then re-drain then on last fill add inhibiter like sentinel x100

Make sure ALL of the impulse pipes are clear & change servo valve

Could also be a defective end switch on diverter valve

Is it air or is it hydrogen?

Dont try to prize them out as they are screwed
