Black mould in one part of eaves, directly above bathroom with no extractor fan

Wow you must be hardy folk. Personally I squeegee down the tiles after a shower and then open the windows. This is enough to prevent mould.

Black mould in one part of eaves, directly above bathroom with no extractor fan

OK so you just need to prevent the condensation getting into the roof somehow. Is there a vent in the soffit which it is getting through? Ideally, fit an extractor fan, as it's a bit chilly to have the windows open now!

Help needed setting up CCTV cameras

It's probably an analog camera, so: Analog CCTV Cameras (CVBS) Use BNC connectors and coaxial cable Connect to TV via a BNC-to-RCA adapter or directly if your TV has a composite input You would use an aerial lead and go from camera coax port into aerial socket on the TV.

Help needed setting up CCTV cameras

Well if it only has the two ports, then you've only two options, an ethernet to ethernet connection or a coax to coax connection. Try using one of those to connect to the TV and see what happens.

Help needed setting up CCTV cameras

What camera is it? Most CCTV cameras these days are IP based, so you would normally be checking images on a phone or computer.

Black mould in one part of eaves, directly above bathroom with no extractor fan

It won't be that, your roof will be leaking. Only a roof leak would put sufficient water into your roof material to make it damp enough for mould growth. Also, re your post above, remember that people are taking their time to help you here, for free.

    Drain cover removal

Once you have removed the screws, can you slide a long metal bar under both the metal handles, and then lever it up from one side? That or put the bar through the handles, then use an angled wooden shim each side, and hammer the shims under the bar so that the bar then raises the handles.

Your budget is a bit low for what you want. I would buy a base model Dell or Lenovo desktop.

    Toilet noises

Go to: https://copilot.microsoft.com/ and paste in: "Why as my toilet cistern starts to fill do I get a foghorn / vibration noise that lasts a few seconds?" it gives one or two more reasons.

    Casement window leak?

A leak would appear / get worse when it rained. You could also dry it off, then open the top window and see if it reappears. If it doesn't, it was more likely to be condensation in my opinion, as the open window would decrease room humidity.

Problems with digital display on automatic VW Polo

I think the worst that can happen is that the electronic display becomes totally dead, so you don't get to see whatever is shown on that display permanently. It is likely to become fully defective, and the problem is not going to fix itself and go away.

Problems with digital display on automatic VW Polo

I don't think the speedo is part of the electronic display.

If the new combi is operating at a higher system pressure I guess that would not help matters.

    Mobile, not dialing certain numbers

Are you dialling the number without an area code? That would work from a landline (in the same area code), but not from a mobile. Are you missing off a leading 0?

    Neighbour's Driveway Problem...

I would find out what the laws are on drainage, as I think you might be right, that you can't just create a drainage problem for someone, and the design does not look adequate at the moment. Once you've found these out, you'll have to communicate these to the neighbour and contractor somehow...

I expect so because this is the kind of thing they do. I expect it is easy peasy for a qualified structural engineer.
