Ok should be able to do that, the current one's (Pole) or the old knackered one (Spur) ? (unfortunately I don't have possession of the melted one at the moment)

1)They are Unidare heaters which are now covered by Dimplex (admittedly don't know how old they are though) 2) cu ? Sorry unsure will have to check 3) Yes 20 Amp Pole Switches are being used, unlike the 13amp spur switch they were originally fitted with & resulting in one melting a week...

They are new switches which have only been used properly the once & have been checked by 2 different electricians now, is there anything else which could be causing the switches to warm up ?

Is it normal for the double pole wall switch to warm up whilst the heaters are in use ?
