Sorry that's my fault - that picture is the garage not the house. The conduit was already there. The armoured runs from the house to the garage then enters the conduit. It was only the external cable that was replaced.

I didn't get one of those - but the work was notified as I can see it on the register. I've just emailed the installer to see if I can get a copy.

Thanks very much for the advice. Took the cartridge out. Took it apart, used some wd40 on it put it back together and it’s working fine again. If I ever need to replace the cartridge I’d know how to now as well. Many thanks saved me a cold shower in the morning.

I think that's just shadow. Does this just happen in a place like a kitchen or is it an indication of a bigger problem?

I suspect this is some sort of damp problem but I don't really know. It's in my kitchen and the other corner looks similar like the bead is rusting and pushing the plaster away It's an external wall (cavity wall I believe). I don't even know what trade to ask to look at this. Any ideas?
