    OK...thanks everyone for so far... I've just gone out to see the sequence. Switch mains on..hear pump & fan start...makes a click noise then pauses makes another click noise then pauses another click noise then pauses and guess what another click noise then stops with flame fail light...

    It tries to ignite but no spark. Have not seen corgi card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He also said he is getting his mate to sign it off??? Other half has done all the fault finding and cant find any reason for it not to work.

    It only oheated in presence of installer so not sure CH/DHW. However it has not oheated since he took the pump off(because flame wont ignite)! Pressure is steady at 1.5. When switched on either HW or HW&CH, fan is going, pump is going, gas is present, but no spark so no flame.
