no the other side of the wall is the interior wall main hallway into this room and strangely, that part of the wall is fine and have no such problem like these, just this room. the other side have also have windows looking into the garden.

i had it scraped it all, as to can see the above is all fine. but these marking is where the paint became bubbly and came off easily.

these marking is where the paint have come off and it is opposite to the room in which the switch and through that room entrance to the bathroom
