there is a weid shaped tree at the back.

Existing floor is a concrete slab and has cracks in it.

Is this Asbestos???

As can be seen its board based garage, with concrete slab.

This tree needs to be removed as it will be where the footings are

Tree infront will remain, Conifer to the right to be removed aswell as tree on left of garage which cannot be seen from this angle.

Progress to build 30sqm Concrete block garage, 2.5m High, single Brick with pillars, Footings and concrete slab with sloping roof, 1 double glazed door, 1 window, and roller shutter.
