i was under the impression that boiler sizing was a result of calculating the total kilowatt of all radiators?

if its a one pipe system, then i think you may be able to trace the pipes between each radiator, chop them off at each leaving tails then simply take a new pipe from one tail to other, but surface mounted. i hope that made sense!

its abedsit 3 rads under window, tiny ones & one in kitchen & hall, far too small for a 30kilowatt i would have thought ( the total must only be around about 7-10 kilowatts)

Turn down the ones closest to your boiler via the valve opposite the trv, (lockshield) turn them completely off then crack them open a few turns, work your way back to the furthest one away which will probably end up near fully open,it may take abit of time but will work.

Isit ok 2 plumb in a new boiler in 15mm flow and return pipes? Boiler is a 30 kkilowat glow worm betacom. thanks
