Just had my massive big bertha pump replaced after 33 years, don't expect the mini new one to last any where near as long. :( Mind you the old pump had been playing up since last Nov, would just stop working but a whack with a hammer would get it going for another month or week or day...

Thanks Ollski Makers part no in my manual is YK 48/B 001 Glow-worm part no K6466. If you see one around, pinch the Knob, will send you a tenner for it. Thats the only bit I need. Cheers IOM

Sorry to go off topic but your old boiler isn't a old Glow-worm space saver 38 or 50 model by any chance. I'm after a replacement pilot/on/off knob for my 33 year old boiler. regards IOM

I've got a broken BROWN knob :( but looking in my Glow-worm manual they also come in WHITE :D Many thanks ChrisR and Corgigazza for the picts but they don't look quiet right. Look a bit on the large size for my Space-Saver boiler ! My tatty old boiler manual quotes part no K6466...

Its the one with 'OFF...PILOT...ON' controls about the size of a 50p but round. Cheers IOM

Anyone got a spare knob for a 'Glowworm Spacesave 38 or 50' boiler, the one that sits on the gas valve. Mine has just disintegrated and have now found that spares are no longer available. Its only 33 years old and still works fine, apart from the knobby. Boiler servicer is quoting me 2k...
