Yeah, the current blinds definitely look like a bit of a bodge. In terms of fixing to frame, looking at another recent window installation I reckon I'll need to use a batten or something so that the blinds don't foul handles and trickle-vents. Any pitfalls in terms of types of glue etc?

I need to replace the bay window in my home, and could do with some inspiration on what to do about replacing the blinds. The current set are fine in principle- the wooden slat type that are made to measure online are perfect for us... except I don't know how I would properly install them in...
