yup i did that. My drill bits weren't very long so it was a struggle. the 60mm fixings i got were terrible (kingfisher hammer fixings which are partially screws) and I've partially destroyed my board.as the nails bent and got stuck. Iknow this is old but what did you ultimately end up doing? I've been told 20mm boards need to be used for dot and dab method (jackoboard) but I have seen others use 10mm (which I have) with full adhesive beds
