i have also been told it could be the exhaust valve/solanoid close to the header tank on right hand side of the engine bay

i have a o6 vivaro it will start then stop after a few seconds . i can try this 3 or 4 times and it will start and drives fine . hot or cold makes no difference . sometimes starts fine but not very often . i have been told its the black plug in box just above the throttle pedal . any ideas...
