Hi all, All is very strange. the gray cable on the top of the meter goes to intercom electronics. They work OK. I dont see where the cables go so they can supply the lights, but I guess lights wont be supplied through the intercom electronics. The BS88 fuse was blown. I did change it, it works...

I don't think it is electrical issue. I have that. I don't know if there's a cistern in the loft as it is locked. There is a pipe going though the ceiling. Does that mean anything?

From 0 when the heat is called for, the boiler burner starts. 2-3min later it stops as it has heated all the water in the heat exchanger and the pipeworks to the pump (1.5m away). Do we still think this is the valve? Something started the boiler in the first place - isnt it the valve?

Thats the thing. I think it might be either a stuck valve or/and lack of water in the system. It is open vented. Check for water, I can not do this myself as the vessel is in the loft. Thinking about it if I let almost a full radiator of air out, that might be that the water level dropped. Can...

Do you mean the little metal lever thing in the top of the valve? I dont think it moves, but I tink it never moved, even when it was working OK.
