Baxi bermuda 401. Boiler works fine, no heat to the radiators.

That leaves two options to be looked at. An airlock or gubbed pump
 
auto air vent,the bit on the bottom side with a plastic cap.
 
It must be wired un conventionally then, if it was wired correctly and was energised to open ( on its own) then it would have to open to fire the boiler, was it replaced with a new valve?
