You can bend the door back by hand. just put the window down the pull the frame back towards the body of the car with someone else holding the door open. you may then need to twist the front part of the window frame to get it to sit back as it should. Not too hard, but be careful not too push...

don't know where you are based but rsr (in south london) usually beat mytyres prices or at least match them and thats fitted. you need to tell them what price they are up against though!!

this may not help but i think that "proper cavity wall" is when you have brick then space then brick. do your walls have 2 layers of bricks? how thick are the walls? dom
