    Burning and sanding the paint from these doors will take some time the first door apart from a little bit of filling looks to be in good nick for its age. Would you strip all the doors first or do each one at a time prep and undercoat before moving on to the next.Thank you G

    The question is would you strip to bare wood or just the areas that are peeling? for get about the lead issue now thats sorted was painted in the 70s and 80s was stirpped bare then.regards

    Thank you I have since had a bit of a read on leaded paint and yes I think I should get a test kit and get it checked out,If its not lead based then I am laughing if it is then its a whole new ball game and looks to be a right pain :(

    The RCD tripped on the outside security Halogen spots I think becouse the bulbs blown and the lamps way to high up for me to check the bulb. My question is do I have to replace the bulb before I can flip the switch back on the RCD in order to get the other lights on?Regards Gaz
