Can you post a shot of the rear of the Lamp?

Can you Unscrew that cover? No doubt 4 circuits - Lights, Sockets, Cooker, & Immersion ? There should be some indication inside the white Fuse cover. Have you been supplied a schedule of test results, also not feasible to do this yourself unless you can test properly and sign the work off.

If anything the fact they're plastic would be a good thing. I don't like them for maintenance purposes, they are often a bit fiddly to take the accessories off and on at times and the screws on the lugs can become tight to screw into in some of my experience. I'd much rather a Noggin and metal

Place one test probe on Earth and one on the Live and you should get 230v on AC . I don't think you can get an RCBO for that? might be able to get a longer bus bar and modify the board. Has the light switch got a Test switch of some sort to switch it on overriding a PIR ? Did the Ring not come with instructions? Would have thought the wire in one goes to L and one Neutral to Neutral and the other wire just put on a Choc block or Wago

This could be caused by a Number of issues. Often it's caused by Water Ingress, with the fuse off check to see if there is any water present on the circuit. Is there a fused connection unit feeding the boiler / under floor heating? Are there two separate ones for each or one for both?

Do you mean just removing a back box knockout and drilling out through the wall?

I think Sunray has answered my query - looks like there may have been storage heaters in the property on Economy 7 at some point and now the five storage heater FCU's may have been changed to single sockets?
