    Faulty electrical heater

    It was. It’s designed to new installed outside (wall mounted). Yes it’s been installed correctly, with ip rated boxes and its own Fuse on the board. There aren’t any seals that could of been taken off could the fuse in the board be faulty or the rcd (is that the main fuse?)?

    Currently doing the same today (has been behaving) in that no hw. The light on the boiler is solid orange and I think that means no call for heat? I see the actuator in the airing cupboard shows hw light on. What do we think? Actuator prob?
